Businesses often require some form of data integration between one or more hosted ContactTracker CRM databases and one or more back-end systems.
This data integration typically involves sending information from the business (could be from multiple locations and/or branches), via the ContactTracker CRM to head office, and vice versa.
In addition, it is often required that data from the business be sent from the back-end system to the hosted databases. This information may include an initial data load from an existing customer database; a regular "feed" of changes to customer information; information on sales territories; information on products, etc...
