The introduction of new technology can send a wave of change through any organisation. At Vital Software we understand why businesses should evolve and implement change.
The key to success for every change management process is training, or more specifically, LEARNING. Vital Software has been involved with the implementation and deployment of technology projects for many years and has had the pleasure of working with some great organisations. Most importantly, we've had the invaluable experience of working with a wide range of different learners.
Research shows that every individual has their own personal learning style. Some people prefer to learn by watching what's going on (Displaying learners) whilst others prefer to listen and read about what's going on (Reading learners). There again, there are those who learn by experiencing what's going on (Doing learners), and finally those who learn best by observation (Reflecting learners).

At Vital Software, we appreciate that there are different types of learners that we need to cater to and work with. As such, each of our training courses involves activities which support the different learning types. Additionally, we offer training in a range of environments to ensure that we not only consider the way the training is delivered, but how and where it is delivered as well. Some of the most popular methods of training delivery include:
IN HOUSE By far, the most successful programs are conducted onsite. Working directly with end users in their own environment, and using their own customer data, equates to learning at its peak. Prior consultation as to the specific training needs of the business is also included, adding further benefit to the program.
PERSONALISED ONLINE In this format, Vital Software spends time with key users (via teleconference) prior to instruction in order to understand exact requirements and businesses processes. The training is then tailored to your immediate needs and specifications. The delivery mechanism for the web training is via an application called 'Go To Meeting' which is one of the most popular web conferencing tools in the world. 'Go To Meeting' allows us to view your customer database for an additional level of personalisation. Immediate results!
IN CLASSROOM Periodically, we schedule training rooms across the country and conduct group training in a simulated environment. Participants can then take the learning back to the work environment.
PUBLIC ONLINE This format also utilises 'Go To Meeting' technology. Groups of learners are actively engaged in product training, and are even allowed to participate in the session as control of the application is shared. A great way to get an initial understanding of the application and how it may be best utilised in your business.
