Vital Software is proud to welcome the AP Eagers group as the newest customer of our ContactTracker suite of products and services. One of the largest Automotive Dealer groups in Australia, A.P. Eagers Limited was founded in Queensland in 1913 and is a publicly-listed pure automotive retail group with its head operations in Brisbane.

Their extensive dealership network extends into metropolitan area of Queensland, the Northern Territory, and the Newcastle/ Hunter Valley region of New South Wales. The group currently employs 2,000 people, has 2,570 shareholders, and sales revenues running at AU$1.5 billion per annum.

AP Eagers has chosen Vital Software's ContactTracker CRM to form the basis of their customer contact program for both sales and service. The program is currently being rolled into their Queensland dealerships, with the roll-out extending into the Northern Territory in the second half of 2009.
