Paul Dodd, Vital Software's Technical Director and Co-founder,
spent the months of March and April conducting a regional road show
for the Mitsubishi dealer network. The purpose of this road show
was to assist all dealers in understanding the benefits of using
ContactTracker™. Specifically, Paul assisted dealers in using
ContactTracker's™ marketing suite for Service Marketing and
Post-service follow-up calls.
