Vital Software, one of Australia and the United Kingdom's most respected software and solutions providers, has officially opened offices in North America.  Roger Bushell, Vital Software's CEO and one of the original company founders states that, "the North American market is a natural extension to our current global business strategy.  We have been extremely successful in developing software solutions for some of the automotive industry's top OEMs and now their sister companies in North America are interested in building on of those solutions."  Vital Software LLC is based in the Southern California suburb of Irvine, in the technology center of Irvine Spectrum, and will be lead by Roger Bushell as CEO, as well as Meredith Bushell in the role of Vice President of Sales.
