Quick Pick upgrade - Parts Marketing & Advanced Functions!

Marketing has always been one of the central pillars of ContactTracker's philosophy towards customer relations - who to communicate with and how to communicate with them. The popular Quick Pick module has formed the backbone of this approach, allowing users & dealers to quickly and easily create dynamic lists of records to speak to via a number of innovative methods.

Thus, we are always looking to expand the power of the module, and have recently launched two new upgrades to allow dealers to target more effectively than ever! This is through:


- Parts Marketing

- Advanced Quick Pick

We are pleased to announce that the Quick Pick module now contains the power to also target the PARTS area of your customer base. From basic parts clients, through to mechanical repairers and body shops, dealers are now able to gather together parts-specific segments of their database and create marketing communications content for them. Dealers are now able to focus on customers across information such as Parts Cost & Revenue, Cumulative GP Ratio, Parts Number ranges, Transaction Dates and Invoice Numbers.

With the new Advanced Quick Pick functionality, users can literally search across any combination of Prospect & Customer data. For instance, instead of simply creating a list based on who enquired about a vehicle in the last week, and then another based on who purchased...it is now possible to create a list to target based on BOTH pieces of information. But this is only the tip of the iceberg, with limitless levels of criteria across Prospect & Customer data.
