New Contact Form update! Workflow, Milestone Activities & more!

It is vitally important to ensure that your prospect & customer records not just contain all the information you need to maintain your relationships, but actuallyhelpyou on the road-to-sale, and in providing the highest standards of customer service!

In recognition, ContactTracker has been launching a number of ongoing upgrades & updates to the Contact Form (for customer records). These include:

  • Workflow management:ContactTracker now draws the scheduling of Activities closer to the customer record, meaning that every time you complete an Activity or Task with a prospect/customer, you will be given a range of options about where to go for that record's "next step".
  • Milestone Activities:ContactTracker has also now tied the Milestone (road-to-sale) element of a Sales Opportunity to Activities, meaning that sales staff can now set Activities for each Milestone from the Opportunities interface to make scheduling quicker, easier, and more effective than ever before.
  • Customer Summary:ContactTracker has also introduced an all-new 'Summary' Tab to the Contact Form that gives staff the power to quickly get an overview of where that prospect/customer currently stands with the dealership, displaying out-standing Activities or Sales Opportunities, as well as the number of services they have had, the number of vehicles they own and have purchased.
