Paul Dodd, Vital Software's Technical Director and Co-founder, spent the months of March and April conducting a regional road show for the Mitsubishi dealer network. The purpose of this road show was to assist all dealers in understanding the benefits of using ContactTracker. Specifically, Paul assisted dealers in using ContactTracker's marketing suite for Service Marketing and Post-service follow-up calls.
Vital Software recognizes that in today's economic climate, the key to business success is customer retention. Marketing to one's existing client base through ContactTracker has many benefits:
