On Tuesday, November 11, Vital Software will unveil Version 2.0 of its popular Dealer Standards module.
Designed to co-ordinate Customer follow-up for Vehicle Sales & Service, Dealer Standards has been a central platform of ContactTracker in order to measure and improve the customer's experience at the dealership.
