 WWW is globally recognisable as the 'world wide web' and in the case of Vital Software's web-based system Contact Tracker 'world-wide' is becoming ever more applicable, as our interests now spread as far away as Europe.
The fast expanding UK operation has recently moved into Vital House their newly built two storey offices. Ideally situated in the South East of England at Dover in Kent, Vital Software UK has the perfect location for serving the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe.
Over the past 24 months Directors Roger Knight and Keith Bushell have developed Vital Software UK from a start-up business into a company employing nine staff with further expansion on the horizon.
Working closely with their Australian colleagues, the UK division of Vital Software has made the move into Europe and created a truly global network. This will not stop as many opportunities are presenting themselves and discussions are underway which may well involve new divisions being created in other countries.
The automotive sector has been the considered main focus for initial operations in the UK. Partly due to the successes of the Australian market but also due to the positive and receptive response gained from manufacturers in the UK. Having secured the contracts of Subaru UK, Isuzu UK and with the deployment of CT already underway for both these manufactures, the future is certainly looking promising for our UK and European expansion plans. Other automotive manufactures are showing a great deal of interested in Contact Tracker and we predict the addition of a number of household named brands joining this list over the next 24 months.
 Leading the way in creating consolidated views for manufacturers across the many DMS systems available, we are offering a superb centralised lead management solution for the auto trade. This has been the secret of our success; there are very few solutions that actually work and none as comprehensively as CT.
Away from the automotive market Contact Tracker has been chosen by the University of Greenwich which controls five of the UK's main Universities as their preferred CRM system. MSP which is one of the UK's leading providers of HIPS (Home Information Packs) to the estate agent community has adopted CT as its CRM system across the entire country. Other clients include the electrical giant Panasonic UK.
