Born in England, Roger Bushell has over 35 years of experience in senior IT management positions. In the early 1990's, he became a part owner of the original Tracker Software and took the program overseas, and as CEO, became responsible for its eventual listing on the Vancouver Stock Exchange in 1996.

Following on from the sale of Tracker to a competitor, he spent a number of years as owner of a $100 million IT hardware distribution company before eventually reconvening with Paul Dodd, one of the original Tracker developers, in 2000 to found Vital Software and launch ContactTracker CRM. 

Paul Dodd has more than twenty-nine years' experience in software architecture, development, and design. He was one of the original employees and chief developers of Australia's most iconic software company, Tracker Software, where he met Roger Bushell. In its time, Tracker Software developed software for the European, Japanese, and North American marketplaces with Paul at the helm of the software development team.

Paul joined forces with Roger in 2000 to found Vital Software, and spent most of 2001 and the first half of 2002 designing and developing ContactTracker. 

Meredith Bushell was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She backpacked to Australia in 1997 where she began her career in the IT industry working with multinational clients such as Toshiba ISD, Compaq, IBM, HP, and Ingram Micro.

Meredith joined Roger and Paul in 2000 in launching Vital Software and has helped to establish long-term business relationships and contracts with global automotive companies such as Mitsubishi Motors, Honda Australia, and General Motors.

Meredith attended the University of Georgia and holds Masters degrees from both Swinburne University in Melbourne, and Boston's Northeastern University. 

Keith has over 15 years in the computer hardware and software industry and has extensive knowledge in the area of SQL database architecture. Keith became part of the team after founding Vitalsoftware UK in 2006 and has been successful in firmly establishing Vitalsoftware within the European automotive software marketplace.

To date Keith has secured long term relationships with Subaru, Isuzu, Chrysler, Chevrolet, KIA and China's leading manufacturer, Great Wall Automotive.
